Pain can make you easily irritated and grouchy. It can cause depression which can make you want to isolate yourself from family, work and any other social activity. There are two types of low back pain. One form is known as acute. This is a short term condition and will pass with time. It can be caused from numerous things such as a muscle spasm or herniated disc, but with time and treatment it will heal. The other form of low back pain is called chronic. It can last more than three months up to a lifetime. There are many things that can cause chronic low back pain that are similar to the acute causes such as herniated disc, or muscles spasms, but for some reason, these conditions don’t heal quickly. It’s a known fact that people can experience low back pain without any apparent reasons. Medically, the symptoms can’t be explained, but the pain is very real to the person suffering.
The 1st one is to maintain the right kind of postures all the time while working. There’re right kinds of postures for lifting things or stand or sleep or even for sitting. One must carefully see how he or she positions their body and prevent positions that could stress your back.
Therefore, while sitting, lifting anything, standing or sleeping, one must make an attempt and maintain right posture always. One could consult their doctor in order to learn the right kind of postures.
The 2nd one is to alter your lifestyle. This is extremely essential particularly when ones lifestyle might lead to overweight. If one puts on lot of weight than there are chances that there might be lots of stress on their back muscles and that might require to loose some weight in order to prevent pain in the back. The alterations that one is required to do are start exercising, taking in healthy food and completely say ‘NO NO’ to fast foods or rich calorie foods. Eating protein rich foods will help you to burn fat faster.
The third thing to do is when someone comes across back problem (minor or severe), he or she can immediately consult their doctor as to what are the treatments which could prevent them for worsening the condition. The treatment may vary relying on what type of pathology one suffers with and its purported cause.
